Qualifications / Experience:

I am mostly known by my Rainbow Puker and notorious paperhander in Rainbow Hall, but during my daily life, I am a graduate student studying breast cancer.

As a published cancer researcher, I have gained valuable experience in leadership, communication, and collaboration. I have been involved in numerous research projects, both as a team member and as a project leader. These experiences have taught me the importance of effective communication, delegation, and follow-up. I have also worked with diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds, and understand the importance of building consensus and working collaboratively towards common goals.

In addition to my experience in cancer research, I have also served as a member of the graduate council at my university for over 3 years. This experience has provided me with further opportunities to develop my leadership and collaboration skills. I have been involved in a number of initiatives aimed at improving the graduate student experience, including organizing events, advocating for policy changes, and providing feedback on key issues. This experience has taught me the importance of listening to and incorporating the perspectives of all members, as well as the importance of effective communication.

On the Web3 side, I have been a Rainbow Exchange lead for over a year. I started as a rainbow lead as soon as the bear market started. While most people started to leave as the market started to decline, I have had the privilege to show up everyday to provide value to my Doodles family.

Being organized is a vital aspect of being a lead or collab manager in any project. Whether its coordinating hundreds of DMs and scheduling calls between projects, organizing sheets, or networking with all the amazing people in web3: it can be difficult to stay on top of everything. Doing this everyday has provided me with the communication and organization skills that are crutial on any council/team. Theses experiences have also taught me the importance of effective communication and how truely important strong relationships with members of the web3 community and your community really are. The past year working hundreds of hours for the Rainbow Exchange has taught me so much and I am so grateful for this community.

Furthermore, I have 2 years of experience working as a collaboration manager and also have had the privilege of working as an advisor/marketer on various projects. These roles have equipped me with the skills required to effectively lead teams and projects, as well as provide expert guidance on complex and dynamic issues.

Why are you running for the Community Council?

I am running for community council because I care. I care about the community; I care about the brand; I care about our future and I am committed to facilitating discussions and giving ideas to push the community into its next chapter. I want to be the link in between the team and the holders, making sure that they are heard and every thought is given consideration. Providing the link between the team and the community has been a goal of mine for quite some time, and I plan to use my experience in the community and my skills outside of web3 to help the community council succeed.

Over the years, I have been an active member of the community since it had 500 followers on Twitter and the discord shut down around 1k. I have shown up everyday during the highs and lows of the market and am dedicated to helping this brand and the amazing community I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know over the years. All of these opportunities have given me a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing our community, and I am committed to using this knowledge to inform my decisions on the council.

As council chair, I would work tirelessly to facilitate discussions and build consensus among council members. I believe that through open and transparent communication, we can find common ground and work collaboratively towards our shared goals. Additionally, my experience with project management and community engagement in web3 has prepared me well for this role, and I am confident that I can lead the council toward the successful implementation of initiatives that improve the sentiment of our holders and community.

I have truly been blessed to have seen the development of the Doodles brand and gotten to know so many amazing members of the community. Working, listening and providing for the core community everyday has been my priority ever since I started working as a rainbow lead, and that will never change.

Tree is most defs one of the pillars of our community. He’s truly a humble dood and is well loved, especially by the rainbow hall fam. He’s familiar in the art of utilizing our clout to get shit done. The rainbow leads were some of the first to harness the power of that !utility for the good of the entire community.
Some doods seem to forget that there’s more than one place where our community hangs and only gravitate to where the voices that agree with them the loudest are. This is not tree.
You won’t see that many applicants actually forming connections with community members; particularly in the discord. You also won’t find many applicants who are held very dearly to the hearts of rainbow hall.

Tree is a force for good: warmth, authenticity, hard work, intelligence and delivery. As a Rainbow Lead, he has put in endless hours for the benefit of the doodles community. But it is important to make this point of emphasis: all of that work has been (and continues to be) done with a view to bringing value to us all and not simply as a stepping stone for personal leverage. That selflessness and genuine commitment to the cause is a rare commodity in this space and is part of the reason why tree is so highly regarded.

If we’re looking to build trust again, Tree is the person that can do that. I’d love to see him on the council.

Possibly the best person for this Job. No other lead spends more time with the community than Tree. Always putting out positive vibes, helping folks and shows up everyday. He has my support anyday, everyday

All the Rainbow Leads have been amazing and truly shepherded this community in a direction where the bonds we make can last a lifetime. Of all the leads, Tree’s dedication and overall attitude/kindness has been a beacon of light amongst his peers. You can see he is genuinely rooted in the community and always looking out for the best in those around him. It’s incredible to see someone’s dedication go unwavering in the best of times and also in the worst of times. I think it’s a no-brainer to accept Tree’s application, and it will truly renew the Doodles community’s trust that the path we are on is the correct one.
