Why are you running for the Community Council?
I am thrilled to apply for the role of Grants Lead in the Doodlebank Community Council. As a media production professional and seasoned finance professional with experience working with NFT projects and a strong belief in the strength of community, I believe I am the ideal candidate for this role. Additionally, my experience with non-profit organizations and budget allocation has given me a solid understanding of grant management.
What sets me apart as a candidate is my passion for viral marketing and creating unique and engaging experiences for the community. As one of the first holders of Doodles, I brought an innovative and fun idea to Doodlebank. My proposal for DoodleBnb was aimed at creating an immersive Doodles experience in a hotel-like environment, which unfortunately never made it to the snapshot vote. However, I did not let this setback hold me back. I took my idea to other ecosystems and tested a proof of concept, which led to the successful launch of NounsBnb.
As Grants Lead, I would work to ensure that Doodlebank funds are allocated to initiatives that strengthen and empower the community, while also increasing holder rewards. I would collaborate with the Doodles team to develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with the community’s needs and facilitate our ambitious long-term vision. Additionally, I would work to promote these initiatives through viral marketing strategies and ensure that the community is notified when proposals become available.
