Doodle(s) ID(s): Doodle #7739

Qualifications / Experience:

As a Harvard MBA with executive experience in retail strategy, technology, product, and marketplace, I believe my unique background and skill set will provide significant value to your brand.

I have a strong track record of breaking down cross-functional silos and producing tangible business results, demonstrated through my work at Bob’s Discount Furniture, Alpaca VC, and various side projects. In particular, my experience in web3 includes designing community strategy and customer segmentation for Fallen Grape, a wine club and DTC lifestyle brand looking to enter the web3 space. I also acted as a lead advisor for a stealth-mode web3 media and commerce marketplace and working with RMX on a more scalable, fun model.

By joining your brand, I am confident that I can contribute in the following ways:

  1. Help to develop a comprehensive web3 retail strategy, leveraging my expertise in marketplace and consumer-facing initiatives to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
  2. Identify opportunities to integrate web3 technology into existing products, services, and customer experiences, creating a seamless blend of traditional and decentralized commerce.
  3. Assist in establishing strategic partnerships with other web3 brands, influencers, and stakeholders, further expanding the reach and impact of your organization.
  4. Employ my connections in the DTC and retail space across Los Angeles and New York to identify potential collaborations, investments, and acquisitions.
  5. Utilize my experience in technology and product management to build and improve web3-focused products, ensuring a user-friendly and secure experience for customers.
  6. Guide the organization in adopting OKR strategy and cross-functional alignment to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Why are you running for the Doodle Watch?

I think we have the strongest brand in the space and it’s so immediately recognizable, but could use a bit more structure and discipline. With the many projects I’m working on and my skills in market research and customer segmentation and insights, I believe there is something I could bring to the table to the table from a retail background that isn’t common in the web3 space
