Why are you running for the Doodle Watch?
Doodles is my digital identity.
I believe Doodles has what it takes to permeate culture and become a global brand.
I also believe that clear and concise communication is vital for the success and cohesion of the Doodles community moving forward.
Over the course of my career in film and television, I have gained extensive experience in managing client relationships and working closely with internal teams – honing my ability to effectively convey information in a way that upholds the mission, integrity and values of a brand or organization.
Ideas are fragile and building in public comes under elevated scrutiny. The nurturing and development of ideas is a delicate process and effectively conveying intricate information about a project’s progress is essential to protect and strengthen these ideas, ensuring they can flourish and withstand internal and external pressures.
I have been fortunate to discover something I love and believe I possess a strong capacity to digest complex information and distribute it to relevant parties, up or down stream, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and engaged.
An underestimated and often overlooked skill is active listening. My background in successfully leading large, multidisciplinary teams has equipped me with the ability to navigate diverse personalities and opinions through listening and fostering trust.
It will be my objective to maintain transparent communication with the broader Doodles community and help develop open and collaborative dialogue, which I believe is essential for a role as a Doodle Watch member.
Thank you for your consideration, community.
