Why are you running for the Community Council?
I am excited to apply for the role of Treasurer in the Doodlebank Community Council. As a seasoned finance professional with years of experience in commercial real estate funding and negotiations, I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Additionally, my experience with NounsDAO and non-profit organizations has given me extensive experience in treasury allocation and budget planning.
What sets me apart as a candidate is my passion for innovation and creativity. As one of the first holders of Doodles, I brought an innovative and fun idea to Doodlebank. My proposal for DoodleBnb was aimed at creating an immersive Doodles experience in a hotel-like environment, which unfortunately never made it to the snapshot vote. However, I did not let this setback hold me back. I took my idea to other ecosystems and tested a proof of concept, which led to the successful launch of NounsBnb.
Through my experience with NounsDAO, I have identified several areas where Doodlebank could benefit from improvement. These include a lack of professionalism in proposals, finance requests being too high or too low, and a lack of inter-community collaboration. As Treasurer, I would work to address these issues and ensure that Doodlebank funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
