Qualifications / Experience:

I am known mainly by my Rainbow Puker and notorious paperhander in Rainbow Hall, but during my daily life, I am a graduate student studying breast cancer.

As a published cancer researcher, I have gained valuable experience in leadership, communication, and collaboration. I have been involved in numerous research projects, both as a team member and as a project leader. These experiences have taught me the importance of effective communication, delegation, and follow-up. I have also worked with diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds, and understand the importance of building consensus and working collaboratively towards common goals.

In addition to my experience in cancer research, I have also served as a member of the graduate council at my university for over 3 years. This experience has provided me with further opportunities to develop my leadership and collaboration skills. I have been involved in a number of initiatives aimed at improving the graduate student experience, including organizing events, advocating for policy changes, and providing feedback on key issues. This experience has taught me the importance of listening to and incorporating the perspectives of all members, as well as the importance of effective communication.

On the Web3 side, I have been a Rainbow Exchange lead for almost 2 years. I started as a rainbow lead as soon as the bear market started. While most people started to leave as the market began to decline, I have had the privilege to show up every day to provide value to my Doodles family.

Providing value to the Doodles community has been my focus for over a year. Throughout the bear market, I have tried my best to incentivize our community through FCFS raffles, art competitions, poker nights, gaming, ect. Rainbow Hall has been consistently one of the most active discords in web3 and I have plans to make it even better in our next chapter.

I also have 2 years of experience working as a collaboration manager and working as an advisor/marketer on various projects. These roles have equipped me with the skills required to lead teams and projects, as well as provide expert guidance on the complex and ever-changing challenges of Web3.

Why are you running for the Doodles Watch?

I am running for community council because I care. I care about the community; I care about the brand; I care about our future and I am committed to facilitating discussions and giving ideas to push the community into its next chapter. I want to be the link between the team and the holders, making sure that they are heard and every thought is given consideration. This has been a goal of mine for quite some time, and I plan to use my experience in the community and my skills outside of Web3 to help the community council succeed.

Over the years, I have been an active member of the community since it had 500 followers on Twitter and the discord shut down around 1k. I have shown up every day during the highs and lows of the market and am dedicated to helping this brand and the amazing community I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know over the years. All of these opportunities have given me a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing our community, and I am committed to using this knowledge to inform my decisions on the council.

I have truly been blessed to have seen the development of the Doodles brand and gotten to know so many amazing members of the community. Working, listening and providing for the core community everyday has been my priority ever since I started working as a rainbow lead, and that will never change.

Tree is most definitely a pillar of the doodles community.

He carried this community on his back along with the Rainbow Alpha team throughout the bear in our darkest times bringing the vibes and life back to rainbow hall and, by extension, the entire discord.

Words cannot express the gratitude myself and all the holders feel for your unrecognized service for this community that you, along with the rainbow leads executed without any funding. It’s not all about FCFS raffles, rainbow-raffles and alpha calls. The twitter spaces were amazing even in the bear. The discord vibes were immaculate. The conversations were deep. And even after the mass exodus, Tree stuck around and still provided value to us. Not just emotional value. Actual ETH value. That was moolah in our pockets to help de-risks our doodle and lift the those worries off our minds, and some of us used it to just get more doods.
All of this done for FREE.

Tree got many more layers than that. He’s got pretty nuanced takes from his experience in the web3 space and is present where it counts. This is one of the qualities I hold in high regard when it comes to a watch duty. You must be active where the holders are. The Watch is there to act as independent board observers to the council and provide feedback based on community sentiment. How can your Watch accomplish such a task if they are not active? That watcher role should be an extension of your activity and not be a totally new thing. There shouldn’t be questions when it comes to ulterior motives.

If you were on a mission to find the holder that brought the most value to the community, Tree would be one of your top candidates.

I’ve always believed that people are judged based on small matter.

Tree is someone that keeps delivering a high-level work with integrity. He is a Rainbow Alpha Leader and his persistence in providing Whitelist spot for Doodles holder, in hosting twitter space and even doing the FCFS is literally top notch.

Give the guy a bigger responsibility and I’m 100% sure he will perform.

Treee for watch ! No brainer, Tree has really been a SOLID member of the doodles community. The wealth of alpha/WL/opportunities Tree has created/given in RBH is second to none, a true doodles member who has elevated the community experience of being a holder by working tirelessly for us.

As GOKU put it, give the guy a bigger responsibility and without doubt he’ll perform.

You are one of the exceptionally few who not only cares about the community in words, but has and continues to prove it in deed.

Your contribution to keeping the community active and thriving is invaluable, so I’m more than confident that you are someone who deserves to be a watcher because of your excellent understanding of the doodles community and its interests surely not just within RBH, as someone may think, but of the entire doodles community given the development priorities and values of the project.
